About The Position

The Marketing Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and supports the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This role coordinates internal programs and keeps projects organized and moving forward. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in marketing, business, communications, office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience coordinating projects, managing schedules or supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Independent body mobility to access a standard office environment with shelves and drawers of varying heights; vision sufficient to read a computer screen, 12 point and finer printed text and hand written documents, manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard on a daily basis; stamina to sit for up to one hour at a time; transport, lift or carry materials (sometimes voluminous and weighing up to 15 pounds) ; and speak and hear sufficiently to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
  • Mental stamina for problem solving and dealing with stressful situations; prioritizing multiple tasks, interpret and apply oral/written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track marketing projects and tasks in Wrike to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project timelines, updates, expectations and deliverables with team members and internal clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, photoshoots, testimonials, radio shows and other marketing activities.
  • Order supplies and manage department mail, deliveries and administrative support tasks.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating community events, sponsorships, health fairs and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate vendor communication, event logistics, promotional materials and event setup needs.
  • Prepare marketing materials, signage, giveaways and branded items for events and campaigns.
  • Support departmental operations through invoice processing, billing tasks and other assigned duties.
