This is a hands-on IC role with one defining twist: we’ve built an internal AI automation stack (Claude, MCP integrations across Polar Analytics, Amazon Ads, Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, Loop, Ramp, Sonar), and your job is to use it to operate at 10x the output of a traditional performance marketer. If your instinct is to do everything manually in Ads Manager and spreadsheets, this isn’t the role. If your instinct is “how do I automate this, let the AI draft the first pass, and free my time for the decisions that actually matter” – we want to talk.
