About The Position

As vCluster’s Performance Marketing Manager, you are the architect of our digital distribution engine, responsible for turning complex technical narratives into a high-velocity growth machine. You will design how the cloud-native community discovers vCluster, ensuring the message reaches the world’s largest neoclouds and AI factories. vCluster Labs is a venture-backed tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, having raised +$30M from top-tier VCs. The company is in a hyper-growth phase and is looking for motivated people. They are the leading platform for operating GPU infrastructure, enabling AI Cloud providers and AI factories to deliver a hyperscaler-like experience. They are also behind vCluster, an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (10k+ GitHub stars, 40M+ virtual clusters created since 2021). At KubeCon North America 2025, they launched their Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in performance, growth, or content marketing, with a proven track record of scaling engagement for technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
• Technical Fluency: You are "infrastructure-literate." You can translate complex infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with DevOps and platform engineers.
• Platform Mastery: You have an opinionated view on how to win on LinkedIn and other targeted channels. You understand the nuances of community sentiment on Reddit and Hacker News.
• Analytical Rigor: You measure success by quantifiable achievements—not just likes and shares. You use data to prove ROI and aren't afraid to pivot when an experiment fails.
• AI-Native Workflow: You naturally integrate AI tools to automate routine distribution tasks, brainstorm creative copy at scale, and keep our lean team punching above its weight class.
• Creative Direction: You have an eye for quality and the ability to lead agencies or freelancers to produce top-tier visual and video assets.

• Infrastructure Roots: Background in developer tools, Kubernetes, or AI Infrastructure.
• Growth Mindset: Experience navigating the transition from early-stage adoption to a predictable, market-leading growth engine.

Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Design and operate the "content-to-pipeline" system that turns product updates, customer stories, and executive insights into a consistent, high-performing engine across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Strategic Distribution: Move beyond simple posting to master content distribution—ensuring our most important technical narratives are seen by the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Paid Experimentation: Manage and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns with a ruthless focus on experimentation, precision targeting, and measurable pipeline impact.
• Executive & Employee Advocacy: Act as the strategic partner to our leadership team, translating their deep technical expertise into high-impact thought leadership and building a scalable advocacy program for the broader team.
• Multimedia Direction: Direct our video content strategy, working with external partners to transform live sessions and product demos into reusable, high-engagement assets.
• Data-Driven Attribution: Build a structured reporting framework that provides clear visibility into how social activity and paid spend drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
