We’re looking for a B2B Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid marketing programs with a focus on net-new lead generation and pipeline impact . This role will manage paid media budgets across key channels including paid search, paid social, and third party. They will partner closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Revenue Operations to support integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who is comfortable balancing day-to-day optimization with strategic planning and performance reporting—especially within a HubSpot-centric marketing environment .
