StackAdapt is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and elevate our paid social programs across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms. This role drives full-funnel growth through innovative channel strategy, hands-on execution, creative leadership, and continuous optimization. While paid social is the primary focus (80%), you’ll also provide support for paid search (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube) and programmatic (display, native, CTV, DOOH) as needed, collaborating closely with our Paid Search lead and gaining exposure to search best practices along the way. Search and programmatic experience is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate brings a blend of data-driven rigor and creative intuition, excels in fast-paced environments, and operates as a proactive, independent owner of their channel. This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.
