About The Position

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is equal parts growth operator, analytical thinker, and hands-on executor. You’ll own top-of-funnel demand creation through paid channels, managing a multi-million dollar budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms. This role sits at the intersection of growth, revenue, and experimentation. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs efficiently, continuously testing and iterating across audiences, messaging, offers, and channels — all while keeping a sharp eye on CAC, CPMQL, and CPSQL. Critically, you understand how to market into a PLG/self-serve funnel: driving qualified prospects to create accounts and activate in the platform, while knowing when to hand off to full-service for higher-complexity deals. You thrive in fast-moving environments, understand how marketing directly fuels revenue, and operate with urgency, adaptability, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation roles on growth-focused marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
  • Proven track record driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect spend to revenue outcomes.
  • Experience marketing into a PLG or self-serve product model — specifically driving qualified account creation and activation through paid channels, not just top-of-funnel lead volume.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid demand generation programs focused on top-of-funnel demand creation.
  • Efficiently manage and optimize a multi-million dollar paid media budget to hit CAC and pipeline targets.
  • Design and run continuous experimentation across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.
  • Own end-to-end paid demand generation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget with clear accountability to CAC and pipeline efficiency.
  • Design and execute experiments across targeting, creative, landing pages, and offers.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and pipeline impact.
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and related tools.
  • Continuously refine audience strategy for our ICP.
  • Report on performance clearly and regularly, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Drive qualified traffic into BoomPop’s self-serve product funnel, optimizing paid campaigns for account creation and activation — not just form fills. Identify signals that indicate when a prospect is ready for full-service engagement and align with Sales accordingly.
  • Own Meta paid social strategy — with a primary focus on improving lead quality and brand presence, not just volume. Continuously audit audience targeting, creative, and funnel alignment to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.
