We are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative to help drive growth through high-impact, data-informed creative across paid media, landing pages, and lifecycle channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with ad creation, deeply curious about what drives conversion, and energized by rapid testing and iteration. This is a short-term contract initially, with flexibility depending on availability - open to part-time, full-time, or evening-only hours. The role involves producing and optimizing static and video ads, developing performance-led creative concepts, and using data and AI-powered workflows to scale winning ideas. Collaboration with the growth team is key to turning insights into action and creating, testing, and iterating creative that moves key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment.
