About The Position

At Activix, we help automotive dealerships improve their performance through CRM solutions, artificial intelligence, and strategic consulting. We are looking for a Performance Manager who is passionate about data, coaching, business relationships, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Ability to positively influence teams and effectively support organizational change.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities through a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interest in technology, CRM platforms, and artificial intelligence solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry or working with automotive dealerships.
  • Experience in account management, consulting, customer success, business coaching, or business development.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or SaaS solutions.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present actionable recommendations to optimize sales, follow-up, and customer retention processes.
  • Coach managers and their teams through tailored training and performance coaching.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of Activix solutions, including our CRM platform and Matador.
  • Plan and facilitate regular business review meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Develop action plans, monitor progress, and measure results.
  • Identify emerging client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions, modules, or services to support their business objectives.
  • Manage service agreement renewals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and demonstrating the ongoing value of Activix solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Document client interactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and best practices.
