About The Position

As the Performance Improvement Center Concierge, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every member who visits the PIC. You'll serve as the welcoming face of the facility by assisting members with retail purchases, food and beverage offerings, reservations, technology, and program information while helping ensure the PIC operates smoothly each day.

Requirements

Service-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality
Friendly, energetic personality that enjoys building relationships
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to learn new technology (Trackman, reservation systems, POS)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across retail, service, and administrative duties
Must hold or be able to obtain a TABC Servers Permit
Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Interest in golf, tennis or pickleball is preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members while providing exceptional hospitality experience
Handle retail sales and point of sale transactions
Promote golf instruction, racquet programming, clinics, and retail offerings
Manage reservations for the facility
Assist members with Trackman and simulator technology
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming facility
Ensure retail displays remain attractive and fully stocked
Stock and manage grab-and-go food and beverage inventory
Provide light administrative support for Director of Racquet Sports, Director of Player Development and TNG Cares
Assist with golf, tennis and pickleball programming and special events
