About The Position

Acts as a steward of operational improvement and project initiatives. Identifies opportunities and leads, manages, and executes initiatives from conception through completion. Builds people capabilities to support the continuous evolution of process performance management principles and techniques, using appropriate methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience leading and executing projects using traditional methodologies, such as PMP or Six Sigma, required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes preferred.
• General understanding and application of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management techniques preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma preferred.
