Neighbor is looking for a talented, high-agency person to own and accelerate our paid creative engine. The mission is to make our ad creatives the best-performing asset in our growth stack. Paid social lives or dies on ad creative. You’ll own the ad creatives end to end: from the first customer insight, through concept, brief, and production, to delivery and the performance readout that starts the next cycle. This is a true ownership role reporting into our Creative Director. You’ll sit next to our paid social media buyer and direct the work of our designers and video editors. The role is equal parts creative strategy (personas, hooks, messaging frameworks, testing roadmaps) and production ops (briefs, timelines, feedback loops, shipped assets) with full accountability for performance.
