The goal is to create a year-round performance signal that supports talent intelligence and maintains the company's performance standards during growth. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Performance & Talent Programs, suitable for someone who has experience with performance management at scale and is eager to contribute in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
