This newly created Manager, Enterprise Talent & Succession Planning and Performance Management role will report into the VP, Talent Planning & Performance and is an exciting opportunity to plan and deliver against our enterprise-wide talent planning and performance management processes and initiatives. The position requires analytical thinking, consultative skills and adaptability to work across multiple stakeholders and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
