The company supplies technology to nearly all major automakers and the global aftermarket under the Garrett brand. This role is a key member of the North American Aftermarket Sales Team, responsible for driving commercial success in Garrett’s performance aftermarket business and strategic accounts. The focus is on sustainable revenue and margin growth across assigned OEM performance customers, aftermarket distributors, and emerging channels, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position is critical in shaping aftermarket strategy, strengthening channel performance, and expanding Garrett’s performance market presence across North America. The ideal candidate is a structured, analytical sales leader with strong strategic planning capabilities and a deep understanding of omni-channel sales, sell-in/sell-out dynamics, inventory health, and event-driven marketing. This role offers the opportunity to influence Garrett’s aftermarket strategy, working closely with the NA Sales Director, global stakeholders, and a diverse network of external partners.
