About The Position

High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health and a proud member of Pyramid Healthcare, is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide licensure supervision for clinicians working toward independent clinical licensure. This flexible, per diem opportunity is ideal for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about mentoring fellow clinicians and supporting their professional development. The role focuses exclusively on providing clinical supervision and consultation and does not include direct patient care or administrative leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
Eligible to provide clinical supervision toward Pennsylvania LCSW licensure.
Strong mentoring, communication, and clinical consultation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and/or group licensure supervision to clinicians in accordance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations.
Support supervisees in the development of clinical skills, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, and professional growth.
Review clinical cases and provide guidance on evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices.
Ensure supervision meets all applicable Pennsylvania licensure requirements and organizational standards.
Maintain appropriate supervision documentation as required by state regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with program leadership regarding supervisee progress and clinical development, as appropriate.
