Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)
About The Position
Stress Care of New Jersey, LLC, a state-licensed and Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health and addiction treatment center, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services in its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The role provides clinical supervision, assists therapists with caseload management, maintains clinical standards, and oversees applicable licensing and reporting requirements. The position works with a multidisciplinary team serving adults and adolescents through outpatient services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and group therapy, IOP, and partial care.
Requirements
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification.
- Five years of progressively responsible clinical supervisory experience in the mental health field, serving clients of all ages in a multispecialty setting.
Responsibilities
- Direct, provide, and maintain the quality of PHP and IOP services; ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures; oversee the budget and quality assurance program.
- Coordinate and integrate counseling with other client care services to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure qualified, appropriately trained clinical staff provide client assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning in accordance with treatment plans, and that services are documented in client charts as required by agency policy.
- Ensure direct clinical supervision is provided to all clinical staff, individually and in group settings.
- Ensure addiction treatment and behavioral approaches are evidence-based or based on objective information, and are consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices for each level of care and client type.
