About The Position

The Pepsi Merchandiser works an established daily route serving grocery, convenience, and on-premise accounts in the Pendleton, Oregon area. The role is responsible for stocking and rotating products, maintaining shelf presentation, building promotional displays, implementing supplier plan-o-grams, and managing inventory to support product freshness and availability. The merchandiser develops professional relationships with store staff and safely operates a vehicle on the route. Early starts are typical, and weekend flexibility is requested. Most routes are finished by mid-afternoon. Previous merchandising, stocking, or route experience is valued but not required; comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift and move cases up to 50 pounds and handle kegs when needed; the physical demands section also states frequent lifting or moving of up to 70 pounds and occasional exertion of up to 100 pounds with a hand truck or other manual lifting device.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability for early-morning starts, typically 5–7 AM, and weekend flexibility.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor when representing the company and its brands.
