About The Position
Admiral Beverage is hiring a Pepsi Merchandiser based in Pendleton, Oregon. The role is responsible for merchandising Pepsi products across grocery, convenience, and on-premise accounts, maintaining product availability and freshness, creating effective displays, and representing the company professionally while serving customers on an established daily route. Comprehensive training is provided; previous merchandising, stocking, or route experience is valued but not required. The position offers competitive hourly compensation with monthly performance bonuses, benefits, mileage reimbursement, early shift completion (most routes finish by mid-afternoon), and a stated career progression path from Merchandiser to Delivery Driver, Sales Representative, and leadership roles. Early-morning starts, typically between 5 and 7 AM, and weekend flexibility are required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
- Physical ability to repeatedly lift and move cases up to 50 pounds and handle kegs when needed; the physical demands section also states frequent lifting or moving up to 70 pounds and occasionally exerting up to 100 pounds with a hand truck or other manual lifting device.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability for early-morning starts, typically between 5 and 7 AM, and weekend flexibility.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when representing the company and its brands.

Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and present products on shelves in grocery, convenience, and on-premise accounts.
- Build and maintain point-of-sale displays and promotional features to increase product visibility and sales.
- Implement supplier plan-o-grams accurately and creatively.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks and maximize product freshness.
- Develop professional relationships with store managers and staff.
- Safely operate a vehicle on an established daily route.
