About The Position
We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME with hands-on expertise in implementation, upgrades, and end-user support for a REMOTE long-term contract. This role requires a strong understanding of HCM modules and the ability to bridge functional requirements with technical execution.
Requirements
- Strong functional PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
- Prior upgrade experience preferred
- Public sector or union-based workforce experience strongly preferred
- U.S.-based
Responsibilities
- Lead or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional upgrades (preferably 8.9 → 9.2)
- Provide functional expertise in one or more modules: Core HR / Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Payroll Interfaces, Talent Acquisition Manager / Candidate Gateway, FMLA and/or COBRA Administration
- Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, configure systems, and support testing
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations
