About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft HCM Developer with deep experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.60–8.62. This role focuses on upgrades, customizations, and integration support for a REMOTE long-term contract.
Requirements
- Strong PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
- Hands-on with PeopleTools 8.60–8.62
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (preferably 8.9 → 9.2)
- U.S.-based
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Fluid UI and modern frameworks is a plus
- Public sector or higher education experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades, including PUM image retrofitting
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces (CI), BI Publisher, and SQL solutions
- Customize Fluid UI pages and components to improve user experience
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to remediate customizations during upgrades
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-upgrade stabilization
