About The Position

The People & Talent Specialist is responsible for defining and executing Astrafy's people strategy. You will act as the guardian of the employee lifecycle—accountable for recruitment excellence, company culture ("happiness"), and continuous development. At Astrafy, we don't just manage HR; we view People Operations through an analytical, tech-forward lens. We are looking for a leader who treats setbacks as learning opportunities, proactively automates repetitive processes using AI, and uses data-driven models over "gut feelings" to scale our high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience or deep interest in leveraging AI tools for automation (e.g., automated screening, AI scheduling, or process workflows).
  • Advanced analytical skills for compensation and talent data modeling.
  • A proactive self-starter who "gets stuff done", takes full ownership of outcomes, and views failures purely as data points to learn from.
  • An excellent communicator and influencer who possesses high EQ and can balance business growth with team well-being.
  • Experience working within the tech, data, or consulting industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define Company-Wide Strategy: Shape a scalable people strategy aligned with Astrafy’s core values.
  • Employer Brand & Value Proposition: Define and communicate our value proposition to attract top-tier data and AI consulting talent.
  • AI-Enhanced Sourcing: Proactively identify new sourcing channels. Source, screen, and optimize the recruitment funnel by leveraging AI automation tools to keep our hiring competitive and agile.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Ownership: Take full accountability for the employee lifecycle, from identifying initial team needs with managers to executing a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Cultivate "Solution-Seekers": Foster a culture where team members take extreme ownership, coming forward with clear, analyzed solutions rather than just raising problems.
  • Proactive Engagement: Act as a cultural ambassador, maintaining Astrafy’s startup mindset. Don't wait for issues to surface—proactively build initiatives to drive employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Drive clear, concise, and constructive communication channels across the company. Organize team-building events, offsites, and modern "happiness" initiatives.
  • Algorithmic Compensation Modeling: Establish a highly rational, transparent, and data-driven compensation framework. You will build modeling systems that ensure internal equity across different levels and geographies.
  • Data-Backed Total Rewards: Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys. Move entirely away from "gut feeling" decisions by utilizing data analytics to design variable compensation, bonuses, and non-monetary benefits.
  • Growth & Evaluation: Oversee the mid-year and end-of-year performance management cycles. Empower project leaders to deliver effective feedback and design continuous learning paths.
  • Process Automation: Audit existing HR operations, payroll liaisons, and admin tasks to introduce AI-driven workflows and tools, maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Governance & Transparency: Ensure strict governance and compliance with local labor laws. Act as the transparent bridge for HR policy updates between leadership and employees.
