About The Position

The People & Talent Developer plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and enhance employee capabilities. The role involves collaborating with leadership and various departments to identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans that support career progression and organizational success. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, the People & Talent Developer ensures that talent initiatives effectively improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. Ultimately, this role drives the development of a skilled, motivated, and adaptable workforce that contributes to the company’s long-term growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and talent development software.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to measure program impact.
  • Background in change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent development strategies and programs that support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, including workshops, coaching sessions, e-learning modules, and leadership development programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives through metrics and feedback to continuously improve offerings.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support succession planning, career pathing, and employee engagement efforts.
