About The Position
We're looking for our first NY-based People & Talent Partner to help build and scale our growing U.S. team. This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition, owning end-to-end recruitment across GTM roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a startup, B2B, high-growth tech company.
- Experience recruiting across GTM functions - Must
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on builder who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with onboarding, HRBP, or People Operations - an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and build top talent pipelines.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives.
- Act as the local People team representative for the New York site.
