About The Position

The People Systems Administrator serves as the technical owner of Aspire Indiana Health's People Technology ecosystem. This position is responsible for the administration, optimization, security, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise People systems that support the employee lifecycle, workforce operations, and organizational decision-making. Working collaboratively with Team People, Information Technology, Payroll, Finance, and operational leaders, the People Systems Administrator designs efficient business processes, manages system configurations and integrations, implements automation solutions, ensures data integrity, and provides advanced technical support that enhances the employee experience. This role serves as Aspire's subject matter expert for People technology and continuously identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and leverage technology in support of the organization's strategic goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting, administering, implementing, or optimizing enterprise software applications or business systems required.
  • Advanced computer proficiency required.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, system upgrades, integrations, or enterprise technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, configure, and administer new enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and progressively responsible experience administering enterprise business systems may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience administering an HRIS or Human Capital Management (HCM) system strongly preferred.
