As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across our organization. This is more than just an employee relations role—you'll be the go-to expert who anticipates needs, solves complex challenges, and leads initiatives that directly impact our people and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise and a strong track record as an Employee Relations Partner or Specialist, with deep experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Ability to navigate complex, variable situations.
  • Natural ability to coach and influence others at the operational and strategic level.
  • Comfort and confidence operating independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional at briefing senior leaders and connecting across functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with backgrounds as HR Business Partners or HR Generalists who have handled employee relations as a significant part of their role and have built sustained proficiency in this work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with employees and people leaders on everything from routine policy questions to sensitive, complex employee matters.
  • Proactively identify pain points and challenges and develop solutions that create a workplace where everyone thrives.
  • Guide people leaders through performance management, disciplinary issues, leaves of absence, flexible work programs, and difficult conversations with empathy and expertise.
  • Influence decision-making through data, insights, and sound judgement.
  • Lead HR projects and programs that align with our broader business strategy.
  • Influence policies and practices across our organization and the Federal Reserve System.
  • Build meaningful and impactful relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and deliver education programs on people relations topics that empower people leaders and employees.
  • Champion inclusive practices and ensure every voice is heard.
