About The Position

Nudge is developing a non-invasive, ultrasound-based device to stimulate and image the brain at high resolution and depth. The company is building hardware, software, and research capabilities to create products intended to benefit millions and eventually billions of people.

The People Operations Specialist owns People operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. The role manages payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems; supports employees by responding to questions and requests; coordinates with external partners on employment compliance and immigration; and builds and improves People processes to support a growing team without unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience independently managing People operations, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Clear, concise communication and excellent employee service instincts.
• A hands-on, self-directed approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
• High integrity, discretion, and strong professional judgment.
