About The Position

As a People Operations Specialist, you will manage core HR programs, including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding, and serve as a trusted advisor on complex HR issues. You will analyze challenges, design solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. The role includes analyzing workforce data and advising on sensitive HR issues to help ensure smooth, strategic operations and foster engagement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
• Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
• High school diploma or GED and 5 or more years of human resources experience, or a bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of human resources experience.
