About The Position

The People Operations Specialist manages core human resources programs, including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding, and advises on complex HR issues. The role analyzes workforce challenges, researches and evaluates options, designs solutions, and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. The specialist also analyzes workforce data and supports a culture of engagement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
• Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of human resources experience, or a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of human resources experience.
