People Operations Coordinator

Acoustic•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The People Operations Coordinator serves as a point of contact for candidates, new hires, and employees seeking guidance on benefits and processes. Working with Acoustic’s lean, international People team, the role executes and supports HR systems, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and performance-cycle operations. The role is remote in the US, with the Atlanta, GA area preferred; the Head of People (Americas) is based in Atlanta, creating opportunities for in-person collaboration as the coordinator grows in the role. The coordinator maintains employee data and HR technology, supports recruiting logistics, manages employee inquiries, administers benefits, and coordinates lifecycle processes across regions. The role also documents and improves processes, workflows, automations, and templates. It involves collaboration with HR, IT, employees, and managers and requires discretion with sensitive information and adaptability to local rules and norms.
