About The Position

Halter is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to support its US team and work closely with the People Ops Lead. They will also help new employees get started by preparing equipment and system access, guiding them through practical and cultural onboarding, and coordinating with managers and relevant teams. In addition, they will maintain accurate people information, systems, and workflows, and identify opportunities to improve processes. This is a fast-paced, varied role that may include other operational projects as the team grows. A valid US driver’s license is required because the coordinator will regularly move and coordinate vehicles.
