This position is responsible for performing administrative functions to support center People Operations (HR) and Learning department activities, while ensuring that functions are performed with efficiency, confidentiality and responsiveness. As a People Operations Assistant, you will provide assistance to the People Operations (HR) department to include new employee onboarding, benefit administration, workers compensation, training, data entry and employee file management. People Operations is viewed as an equal partner across business lines, taking a strategic and data-driven approach with a purposeful focus on people and culture, and working to build a sense of community among colleagues. The goal is to serve as a valued and trusted strategic partner, helping centers/departments make the best possible people-based decisions that will benefit employees, the individuals we serve and the overall organization.
