About The Position

People & Operations Assistant Mustang Disaster CleanUp – Rapid City, SD Do you have experience in customer service or dispatching/scheduling? Or previous office / administrative experience? Then, we’d like to talk with you. Mustang Disaster CleanUp is looking for a full-time People & Operations Assistant to help keep our team running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. This is not just a desk job . You’ll be in the office, but also work closely with the field team—helping coordinate jobs, solve problems, and keep everything on track. This role can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding .

Requirements

  • Friendly, upbeat personality (most important)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and office software
  • Confidence to speak up and hold others accountable (nicely) when needed
  • Reliable and takes ownership
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Help customers during stressful situations
