About The Position
Flock is seeking a People Operations Analyst to support its growing operational footprint and employee lifecycle activity. The role owns core People workflows and HRIS data hygiene, helping turn recurring administrative requests into streamlined, reliable processes. The day-to-day work is hands-on operational execution, data maintenance, and frontline employee support rather than high-level People strategy or organizational design. The analyst will also collaborate actively with Recruiting, Total Rewards, IT, HR, and employee stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience administering an HRIS platform.
- Operational experience managing core People processes, employee onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Practical data fluency and the ability to pull, clean, and review HR data sets to maintain record integrity.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills to manage frontline employee requests with discretion and consistency.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience with Rippling.
- Prior experience with early-stage HRIS builds or light data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, including transfers, promotions, and process documentation.
- Maintain data hygiene across Rippling and build on existing People data pipelines to support operational decisions.
- Serve as the primary contact for the People inbox and Console, managing employment verifications, work authorizations, and recurring employee inquiries.
- Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Identify and automate manual steps across everyday People workflows to reduce repetitive work.
