We're looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll be in the work every day: processing transactions in Workday, working the helpdesk queue, pulling reports, and supporting employees through key lifecycle moments like onboarding and offboarding. This isn't a role about setting strategy. But it is a role for someone who notices when something could be done better and says so. We want someone who takes pride in clean data, fast turnaround, and a smooth employee experience, and who brings curiosity to the work, not just compliance.
