About The Position

Analyzes requisitions by reviewing and corroborating details, identifying and documenting gaps, tracking and monitoring progress, auditing for accuracy, comparing data trends, and recommending improvements to strengthen procurement operations. Analyzes, reviews, and corroborates requisition details and supporting materials such as pricing structure, scope, vendor details, and funds availability, to ensure alignment with procurement policies and procedural requirements and to prevent delays. Prepares and updates requisition packages, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely documentation is shared with procurement and all stakeholders, and communicates critical changes promptly to avoid misalignment. Tracks and monitors requisition progress end‑to‑end, comparing planned versus actual timelines, and following up on pending items to maintain operational continuity. Identifies and evaluates gaps or inconsistencies in requisition documents, assess business impact, and recommends or executes corrective actions, to ensure accuracy and readiness prior to submission. Compiles and interprets performance data, identifies recurring issues and trends, and recommends process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance within established guidelines. Maintains accurate , audit‑ready files by completing all tasks and transactions and conducting ongoing checks and periodic audits to ensure full adherence to procurement policies and proactively address any compliance issues. Researches vendor information and pricing anomalies and serves as a liaison between the requisition team and partner departments, ensuring timely exchange of critical information and clear expectations. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions preferably related to supply chain.
  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
  • Experience using business system or analytic platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple independent assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient skills in the use of computer applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and expertise (dashboards, macros, advanced pivot tables)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools (dashboard development, data refresh, and maintenance)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
