People Experience Summer Intern

About The Position

We are seeking a thoughtful, organized, and curious intern to join BridgeBio’s People Experience Team during a summer period. This role will report to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner and will support the broader People Experience Team on projects and programs. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting and executing on key People programs that help create positive employee experience across the organization. Over the course of the internship, you will contribute to a range of initiatives — from large-scale company events to learning programs and collaborate closely with People Experience team members on projects with real impact.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in people, culture, events, or organizational development
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • AI, PPT, and Canva experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of key summer events, including R&D Day, Patient Day, RareFilms programming, and other community experiences
  • Assist with logistics such as scheduling, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and day-of event support
  • Help capture and synthesize feedback to improve future experiences
  • Support the L&D function with program management by coordinating session surveys, creating internal marketing materials, and helping to build analytics dashboards to track participation, engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Assist with updating the L&D section of the intranet with new brand style guidelines.
  • Help with AI enablement support such as the creation of AI user guides.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with team members from the various Center of Excellences within the People Team
  • Participate in team meetings, working sessions and strategy discussions
  • Partner on special projects as needed
