About The Position

The People & Culture Generalist plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class employee experience by supporting the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding. In partnership with the Director of People & Culture, this role helps execute recruiting strategies, administer People & Culture programs, maintain HR operations and compliance, and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree, preferably in a Human Resources-related field
  • 4-6+ years’ experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with onboarding & recruiting a strong plus

  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of People & Culture to administer the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer administration, applicant tracking system management, and onboarding.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and serve as a resource for employees regarding company policies, benefits, timekeeping, HR programs, and employment-related questions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day by coordinating onboarding logistics, workspace and technology setup, orientation, and setting clear expectations for a successful start.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, I-9 verification, HRIS transactions, employee record maintenance, and exit interviews while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.
  • Lead the coordination of the Company's internship program, partnering with managers to recruit, onboard, engage, and develop interns through meaningful learning experiences.
  • Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including employee feedback programs, annual performance reviews, and related documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, D&I activities and company events that foster a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Maintain People & Culture communications and resources, including the HRIS, employee announcements, and HR documentation.
  • Support with HR reporting, audits, policy administration, compliance initiatives, departmental invoices, and other People & Culture projects as assigned.
