About The Position

As our People & Culture Generalist, you'll work alongside the People & Culture team to help create a consistent, supportive employee experience from recruitment through development and retention. Reporting to the SVP of People & Culture, you'll own key responsibilities while partnering with leaders across the organization to strengthen HR operations, employee development, and engagement. Key responsibilities include supporting staff training initiatives, coordinating employee feedback efforts, and facilitating stay and exit interviews. You'll also collaborate on performance management, recruitment, employee relations, workplace investigations, and compensation reviews. In addition, you'll help identify and pursue grant funding opportunities for training and workforce development while maintaining compliance and documentation requirements. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to improve processes, contribute ideas, and help strengthen the systems and experiences that support our employees across the organization.
