Requirements

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure completion of required documentation and pre-employment processes.
  • Coordinate orientation activities and support a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and timely data entry in Workday or other HCM systems.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including hires, job changes, and exits.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with record retention requirements and internal policies.
  • Process employee status changes and maintain related documentation.
  • Support payroll administration by maintaining payroll-related records and preparing required reports.
  • Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes and terminations and respond to routine employee questions regarding benefit programs.
  • Support leave administration and maintain related records.
  • Assist with workers’ compensation and unemployment documentation where applicable.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee inquiries and provide timely and professional support.
  • Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and local events.
  • Coordinate facility access and employee badge administration processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance of employee records and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation within scope.
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of local P&O processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
