About The Position

As a People and Culture Partner, you will be a strategic HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex people challenges. You will bring clarity, confidence, and creativity to your work, partnering with clients across sectors, driving meaningful change, and helping to transform workplaces. You will lead and advise leaders within client organizations, providing practical, trusted HR advice and leadership. You will strategize and execute HR strategies and solutions that are grounded, effective, and create real impact. You will support daily HR operations across a range of client environments, assess HR challenges and provide clear, actionable solutions, and support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives including workforce planning, job design, candidate assessment, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Accredited HR professional with at least 5 years of experience at the HR Generalist or HR Manager level.
  • Exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to create clarity in complex situations and build trust with leaders and executive teams.
  • Ability to foster positive, constructive, and productive relationships through a practical, solution-focused approach.
  • Must be based in the Greater Victoria area.
  • Able to travel locally as required.

  • Provide seamless day-to-day HR management support across a range of client environments.
  • Assess HR challenges and provide clear, actionable solutions that address both immediate issues and underlying causes.
  • Lead and support recruitment initiatives, including workforce planning, job design, candidate assessment, and end-to-end hiring processes as needed for client engagements.
