About The Position

At Alpine, our People & Culture team isn't just here to support the business, we help drive it. We're advisors, coaches, problem-solvers, investigators, recruiters, strategic partners, and occasionally the calm voice in the middle of a very busy day. We work alongside leaders across the organization to build strong teams, navigate challenges, and create workplaces where people can do their best work. We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and can pivot quickly when priorities shift. Someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is equally comfortable discussing workforce planning as they are handling a complex employee or labour relations matter.
