Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner I to support key People & Culture operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and HR administration, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with employee relations documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
