The Bilingual - People Team (People Administrator) role is primarily responsible for addressing all direct-hire craft recruiting needs for assigned locations, along with general HR duties supporting these sites. This role involves interacting with candidates to coordinate HR hiring activities, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and maintain sound HR practices within the region.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administration experience
  • Experience with maintaining benefits, conducting new hire processing, and knowledge of general employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1+ years of experience with HR information systems
  • 1+ years of experience in the construction, maintenance, and/or turnaround industries
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population and all levels of management
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Provides site and operations management with candidate listings and nominations of candidates for project assignments
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Utilize Worley applicant tracking system as well as external tools (social media, job boards, texting system) to reach a qualified applicant pool.
  • Maintains close contact recruiters and applicants to ensure strict compliance with wage and hour, AA/EEOC, Sarbanes/Oxley, OFCCP, FMLA and ADA rules and regulations
