The People Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations with a strong focus on employee support, coordination, and administrative execution. This role serves as a front-line resource for employee inquiries, ensures timely handling of employment verification requests, and partners closely with Business Unit leadership to coordinate meetings, events, and organizational initiatives. This is a hybrid role based out of our Tysons HQ, requiring a minimum of 2–3 days per week onsite. The position reports to a Senior Manager, People & Culture and provides direct support to the VP, People & Culture and to the Senior Manager, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
