About The Position

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a full-time PEO Implementation Consultant to manage the complete implementation lifecycle for new PEO clients. The role focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience, supporting compliance with payroll and HR regulations, and helping clients successfully adopt the company’s solutions. The position is based on-site in Duluth, Georgia, with a stated salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year.

The consultant leads client onboarding, configures HR and payroll solutions to client requirements, provides training, and serves as the primary client contact throughout implementation. The role also involves resolving implementation issues and coordinating with internal departments to support a successful transition. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PrismHR.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience within a PEO environment.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and related federal and state regulations.
• Professional certification such as CPP, FPC, PHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP.
• Experience collaborating with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits, and Sales teams.
