About The Position
The Peloton Expert is a 40-hour-per-week retail role requiring open availability. Reporting to a Store Manager, the Peloton Expert provides excellent in-store experiences and sales support. The role involves educating visitors about Peloton products and content, creating meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and closing sales. The position is eligible for the monthly commission compensation plan and company benefits. The position is based at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California. It is primarily active and involves extended periods of standing and walking, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 25 pounds or more. Requirements
- Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, and lift items weighing 25 pounds or more.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and solutions to current and future Members.
- Stay current with new products, features, and content.
- Help customers find products that fit their needs.
- Meet or exceed established performance goals.
- Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
- Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
- Educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales.
