About The Position

This seasonal, part-time role runs through January 31. The Peloton Expert is passionate about fitness, technology, and Peloton, and reports to a Store Manager. The role provides excellent in-store experiences and sales support, educates visitors about Peloton products and content, creates meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and closes sales. Peloton Experts represent the company and help customers become Peloton Members. The position is based at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California.

Requirements

Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.
Ability to create immersive customer experiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for health and wellness.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and lift items weighing 25 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and solutions to current and prospective Members.
Stay current with new products, features, and content.
Help customers find the right product for their needs.
Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
Create meaningful customer interactions, customized solutions, and close sales.
