About The Position

As a Peloton Expert, you represent Peloton in its retail stores and provide excellent in-store experiences and sales support. Reporting to a Store Manager, you educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales. The role is seasonal and part-time through January 31. It is eligible for the monthly commission compensation plan but not the company benefits plan. The position is based in a retail store and involves customer service, sales, product education, and participation in store and cross-departmental activities. Peloton describes its purpose as bringing together innovative hardware, software, and exclusive fitness content to create workout experiences for Members.

Requirements

Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and solutions to current and future Members.
Stay current with new products, features, and content.
Help customers find products that fit their needs.
Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may involve Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
Educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create customized solutions, and close sales.
