Seasonal (Part Time) Peloton Expert - San Francisco Valley Fair
About The Position
As a Peloton Expert, you represent Peloton in its retail stores, providing excellent in-store experiences and sales support. Reporting to a Store Manager, you educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales. You help people become Peloton Members and contribute to store and cross-departmental activities. This is a seasonal, part-time role through January 31. The position is eligible for the monthly commission compensation plan but is not eligible for the company benefits plan. The role is based at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California. The position is primarily active, requiring extended periods of standing and walking, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 25 pounds or more. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and solutions to current and prospective Members.
- Stay current with new products, features, and content.
- Help customers identify the right product for their needs.
- Meet or exceed established performance goals.
- Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
- Educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create customized solutions, and close sales.
