About The Position

The Peloton Expert is a 40-hour-per-week retail role requiring open availability. Reporting to a Store Manager, the Peloton Expert provides excellent in-store experiences and sales support. The role represents Peloton by educating visitors about its products and content, creating meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and closing sales. The position is eligible for monthly commission compensation and company benefits. The role also involves supporting store operations and engaging in cross-departmental initiatives. It is primarily active, requiring extended periods of standing and walking, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 25 pounds or more. Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and solutions to current and prospective Members.
Stay current with new products, features, and content.
Help customers find products that fit their needs.
Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
Educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales.
